Cocina Cucamonga Mexican Grill takes its place in Pacific Wharf. This area reflects the diverse influences and atmosphere of a “cannery row” area seen in such cities as San Francisco, Monterey and San Diego in the 1920s and '30s.

The design of the graphics for Cocina Cucamonga are rooted in handmade artistry with beautiful iron work, patterning and details throughout. Even a few fun little surprise critters are in the mix.

The facility is an open-air open beam structure, allowing viewing from all sides as the Guests interact with the space. This provides a great opportunity to design hanging signage with front and back story detailing that enriches the Guest experience.
